Tessa International School is located in the heart of Hoboken in NJ. Our preschool is now open and is located on the ground floor of the Monroe Center: a newly renovated, historic industrial site, including two buildings and a parking lot. The Monroe Center already hosts numerous child-friendly activities, making it one of the most convenient leisure centers for families in Hoboken and the neighboring towns.
Tessa International School is located on the 1st floor of the Monroe Center, with direct access from Monroe Street.

School Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM with before-care from 7:30 AM and after-care until 7:00 PM

The Monroe Center is at the heart of a redevelopment project on the west side of Hoboken. As shown on the rendering below, the school will shortly be surrounded by two very sizeable municipal parks, including a large preschool playground, and a high end brand new apartment building.
Access: Tessa International School is located at 720 Monroe Street in Hoboken, NJ, between 7th and 8th Streets. In the following years, Tessa will organize public transportation for its students.
By car: there is a parking lot at the rear of the school, with an entrance at the intersection of 7th and Jackson Streets.
By Light Rail: get off the Light Rail at the 9th Street/Congress Street station. The school is just a block away.
By bus: take the NJ Transit Bus Route 126 to Hoboken and get off at 8th Street and Willow Avenue (peak time only) or 8th and Washington Streets. Head west on 8th Street then turn left on Monroe Street.
