Understanding that these might be uncertain and challenging times for our families to make long-term commitments we have made the decision to expand on our cancellation policy to give you more flexibility. The updates are detailed below.
Until August 15th
Families who decide to withdraw their child(ren) before August 15th will receive a full refund of tuition paid, along with the tuition deposit
August 16th- end of the school year
Families who wish to withdraw must give the school at least 45 days of notice, in writing. During this 45 day period:
-The school day will run as normal and your child(ren) may continue to participate.
-All due invoices during this time must be paid in full.
All invoices beyond the 45 day period will be cancelled and there will be no further charges for the remainder of the school year.*
*Families who paid in full or in 2 installments will be refunded for the months after the 45 days of notice.
**Tuition deposits are only refundable for families that have paid all invoices.
While our contracts usually require a school year commitment (10-months), this year we will agree to contract exits at any time with 60 days notice. During the period of notice your child may still attend and payments will proceed as scheduled.
In the event that we are no longer permitted to offer on-site learning, our refund/credit policies and online distance formats will be:
Nursery and Preschool
-75% credit for the 2021-22 school year
Daily check-in as a class
Individual time 3 times a week
Kindergarten and Primary Grades
-35% credit for the 2021-22 school year
2-3 hours online per day
