Lead Teacher
Originally from the United States, Jon holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Massachusetts teaching license. Over the past ten years, he has taught in diverse international settings in Seoul, South Korea, Beijing, China, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These experiences have shaped his belief in the power of global-minded education and the importance of nurturing curiosity, empathy, and resilience in every child.
With a strong background in early literacy instruction, Jon is passionate about helping students develop the skills and confidence to become lifelong readers and writers. He strives to create a classroom environment where every learner feels valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their potential.
Outside the classroom, Jon is an avid runner, cyclist, and skier. As a three-time marathon finisher, he enjoys taking on challenges and looks forward to exploring the running scene around Hoboken.
