Ting was born and raised in China. She holds a master’s degree in Chinese Linguistics from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Hunan Normal University in China. Ting has rich teaching experience in transdisciplinary curriculum in elementary school in Hong Kong. She has taught both native and non-native speaking students aged 5-12 in international schools and private schools in Hong Kong and Macau for over 9 years. Ting is an open-minded and knowledgeable enthusiast, who has traveled to over 40 countries. She has excellent skills in playing Chinese traditional instrument er’hu.
