I was born and raised in Colombia, where I developed a passion for working with young children from an early stage in my life.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages Education from Universidad Santiago de Cali and have over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, specializing in teaching both Spanish and English. I have worked in international school environments and enjoy creating meaningful learning experiences through inquiry-based and play-based approaches. I am inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which views children as capable, curious learners.
Two years ago, I moved to New Jersey, where I also became a mother, an experience that has further deepened my understanding of early childhood development.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my baby, sharing activities as a family, reading books, visiting new places, and listening to music, especially salsa.
