Celebrate Music Day on the Monroe Center Plaza!
Join us for a free afternoon of music, light bites, and fun on the Monroe Center Plaza on Friday, June 21st from 4PM to 6PM!
In honor of Fête de la Musique (also known as Music Day), we’ll be hosting a community event featuring local musicians and delicious light bites.
Fête de la Musique is a global celebration where people of all ages and backgrounds come together to share their love of music. It’s a day to get outside, make some noise, and enjoy the power of music to connect us.
What to expect:
- Live music performances by local artists & local music schools (School of Rock, Rockassori)
- Open Mic – Bring your own instruments! We encourage everyone to participate and jam along.
- Instrumental discovery for kids
- Light bites
- A festive atmosphere to celebrate the joy of music
- Bring your blankets, chairs, and dancing shoes! This is a family-friendly event, so everyone is welcome.
We look forward to seeing you there!
In case of rain, the event will be canceled.
