Who We Are
We are a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, and administrators who are dedicated to the happiness and successful education of our children so they may flourish as global citizens! We believe every TESSA parent/guardian plays a vital role. We encourage everyone to be a part of our vibrant school community!
What We Do
The Parent Organization plays a vital role in Tessa International School’s community-building efforts. It is the School’s and PTO’s joint mission to build a cohesive, global-minded community and work together to make a difference in every child. We look forward to all parents in every grade volunteering their time and participating in PO events.

PO Meetings
The PO, staff and Tessa parents meet regularly. PO meetings are the perfect opportunity to discuss upcoming events, issues, ideas, and work together towards a better community.
Year Book
Each year, the PO undertake the task of creating Tessa’s year book, collecting pictures from the school year, quotes from children and creating a profile for each one of them.
Class Representatives
The overall goal of a Class Representative is to create a sense of goodwill within his/her class. Specific responsibilities include:
- Welcoming new families to the class
- Serving as a source of accurate information and helping to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner
- Encouraging parent attendance at PO and School events
- Helping to organize class events / dinners
