Karla Pinto
Lead Teacher
Karla was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Universidad Central de Chile in 2018. Three years later, in 2021, she completed her Master's degree in School Management and Leadership. During her master's studies, Karla trained in several key areas, including Opening the World of Learning, Mathematics Their Way, and The Kindness Curriculum, as well as receiving MMCI CLASS training. These experiences enhanced her classroom teaching methods and the quality of her interactions with students. Karla spent five years as a Head Teacher before becoming a Mathematics Manager, where she led other educators in implementing the program.
A year ago, Karla relocated to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she worked as a Primary Teacher Assistant in a Spanish immersion program at a Montessori school.
In her personal life, Karla enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and savoring delicious meals with her husband.
