Sheng, also known as Silvia, was born and raised in Shanghai, China. Educated in a bilingual environment during her teenage years, she is the first generation of her family to attend college and recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communications at New York University.
Sheng is passionate about mobilizing attitudes and behaviors around educational content across an increasingly global society. She has worked in the Global Business Marketing team at Facebook, designing beautiful, meaningful, and engaging communications and experiences. Sheng aims to build impactful links between schools and students, sharing her global perspective with young learners and the community.
