Virginie Blot
Assistant Teacher
A worldwide culture enthusiast, Virginie followed her passion for the English language which ultimately led her to move permanently to the United States.
She fell in love with English at the age of 12 during her first English class. After high school, she decided to pursue a degree in languages, specializing in both English and Spanish. She spent one year studying in England and later traveled to Spain to deepen her understanding of both languages and cultures. Virginie taught English for one year in junior high and high school in France before moving to the US.
While living and traveling in the US, she explored various career paths and developed a deeper understanding of American culture, as well as a great appreciation for its international dynamic. A few years ago, she rekindled her passion for education and became a preschool teacher’s assistant, helping young children develop foundational learning skills and laying the groundwork for their future success in school.
In her free time, Virginie enjoys playing music and singing, writing, reading, learning new languages, traveling, and discovering new things. Passionate about languages, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Spanish, has a basic knowledge of Italian, and knows some Hebrew. Fun fact: She can say “Thank You” in 44 languages.
