Tessa International School’s before and after care services follow the rules established in the School’s parents’ handbook.
No refund will be granted for cancellations two weeks or less before the beginning of the before/ aftercare period you enrolled your child for. No refund shall be given for absences, changes, withdrawals, or dismissal for cause.
Tessa’s staff is not responsible for lost/damaged clothing or belongings.
For the safety and general welfare of all participants, instances of physical aggression and/or concern for safety for any student(s) can lead to immediate dismissal.
POLICY ON RELEASE OF CHILDREN
Each child may only be released to the child’s custodial parent(s) or person(s) authorized by the custodial parents(s), to take the child away from the class and to assume responsibility for the child in an emergency if the custodial parent(s) cannot be reached.
Children picked up after the final pick up time will incur a late fee of $15 for each 10 minutes.
MEDICAL PERMISSION STATEMENT
You hereby give Tessa International School permission to take your child to any hospital facility or outside doctor in an emergency.
Furthermore, you hereby give permission to such hospital or outside doctor to authorize x-rays and emergency treatment if deemed necessary.
You understand that all medical bills for service rendered by anyone other than Tessa’s staff are your responsibility.
Tessa’s team members will make an effort to notify you prior to any medical attention.
