REFUND POLICY – COVID-19
Refund excludes any registration fees that may have been applied. Any week started is due in full.
In the event that the summer camp must close due to changes in COVID-19 regulations, closed days will be fully refunded.
No refund shall be given for absences or dismissal for cause.
GENERAL POLICY
Camp staff is not responsible for any lost/damaged clothing or belongings. You agree to pay for property damage caused directly or indirectly as a result of your child’s action/s.
For the safety and general welfare of all participants, instances of physical aggression and/or concern for safety for any student(s) can lead to immediate dismissal from camp.
You hereby confirm that your child has permission to participate in all camp programs and field trips supervised by Tessa International School.
You hereby grant permission to Camp staff to take pictures of your child(ren) and to share them with other families whose children are registered in the program. The copyright of all photos shared with you by Tessa International School belongs to the School. No reproduction may be made without prior written permission from Tessa International School’s management.
POLICY ON RELEASE OF CHILDREN
Each child may only be released to the child’s custodial parent(s) or person(s) authorized by the custodial parents(s), to take the child away from the class and to assume responsibility for the child in an emergency if the custodial parent(s) cannot be reached.
Children picked up after 4 PM will incur a late fee of $15 for each 15 minutes.
MEDICAL PERMISSION STATEMENT
You hereby give camp staff permission to take your child to any hospital facility or outside doctor in case of an emergency. Camp Staff will make their best effort to notify you prior to any medical attention.
Furthermore, you hereby give permission to such hospital or outside doctor to authorize x-rays and/or emergency treatment if deemed necessary.
You understand that all medical bills for service rendered by anyone other than camp staff are your responsibility.
All prescription medicine provided by a licensed doctor must be turned into the camp staff upon arrival with instructions in English. This will be dispensed by camp staff only.
By payment of any sum to Tessa International School, you are confirming your registration for Tessa International School’s summer camp and are acknowledging your agreement to the terms and conditions of Tessa International School’s summer camp as described herein.
