Hajar El Baghdadi
Assistant Teacher
Hajar is a French-speaking educator who is passionate about working with children and creating a positive, caring, and supportive environment where they can grow and thrive. Through her years of experience working with children, she has developed strong patience, responsibility, and communication skills, allowing her to build trusting relationships with both children and families.
Hajar enjoys helping children feel safe, confident, and encouraged each day, while supporting their individual needs and interests. She brings a warm and nurturing approach to her work and values creating an environment where every child feels welcomed and included.
During the summer, Hajar joined the Tessa community as a teacher in our French Summer Camp program, where she enjoyed engaging with children through a variety of activities and experiences. She is excited to continue contributing her energy, care, and passion for working with children to the Tessa community.
