Hadjer Elkabadj
Assistant Teacher
Hadjer is originally from Algeria and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, she is passionate about working with children and enjoys being part of multilingual and multicultural environments.
Hajer has experience as an Assistant Teacher in New York, where she supported classroom activities, collaborated closely with teachers, and helped create a positive and engaging environment for children. She joined Tessa as a Summer Camp teacher, where she further developed her experience working with children and became part of the Tessa community. During the school year, she looks forward to sharing her love of the French language while encouraging children to learn through play, creativity, and meaningful interactions.
As a mother, Hajer understands how important it is for families to know that their children are safe, supported, and encouraged each day. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, running marathons, and watching soccer. She is excited to continue her journey at Tessa and bring her energy, kindness, and enthusiasm to the classroom.
