Judy was born and raised in China and is a native Mandarin speaker with standard Putonghua pronunciation. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Harbin Engineering University, and later earned a Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood Education in China, deepening her foundation in working with young learners.
Judy brings over ten years of experience teaching Mandarin to Pre-K and elementary-age students, in both classroom and one-on-one settings. As a Mandarin Language Instructor at the New York Huaxia Chinese School, she led weekend programs of 8–15 students, designing age-appropriate lessons that wove songs, games, and hands-on activities into language learning. As a private Mandarin tutor in New Jersey, Judy designed personalized curricula tailored to each child's learning style.
Judy is deeply passionate about sharing Chinese cultural traditions, festivals, and customs with young learners. She believes that the best language learning happens when children feel curious, joyful, and supported. She is warm, patient, and dedicated to creating a classroom where every child can grow as a confident bilingual learner.
