Hindi language sessions aim to provide an immersive environment for children to learn to speak, read and recite in Hindi. Shehnaaz Dance Academy will be using verbal, audio and visual resources to introduce the language and provide an interactive learning experience.

Children will be taught :

– Conversing in Hindi at a comfortable pace.

– Swar, Vyanjan, phonics. ( Introductions to Vowels, Alphabets)

– Hindi Writing and Reading Basics

– Vocabulary, Fluency through Storytime and Hindi poems.

Students may occasionally have homework to reinforce the alphabets. Students will be encouraged to work on tracing and writing Hindi letters (and words depending on their progress and prowess) and will be encouraged to converse in complete sentences with their teacher.  The classes will culminate into an end of term assignment to assess and record the progress made during the course.

Hindi sessions will be taught by native language speakers who are fluent in both English and Hindi. Students are required to bring – A Notebook, pencil, eraser, sharpener – Water Bottle.
