Lisa Caussanel
Lead Teacher & French Reinforcement Teacher
Lisa was born and raised in France, where she developed a deep passion for education. She earned her Master’s degree in Education (MEEF, premier degré) and has since gained extensive teaching experience in various educational settings around the world, including Ecuador and Europe.
Lisa’s teaching style is characterized by adaptability and resilience, allowing her to seamlessly integrate into new environments and cultures, and to embrace a flexible approach to teaching. Over the years, her international experience has enabled her to grow from a classroom teacher into a coordinator role, deepening her pedagogical expertise along the way. Today, this experience allows her to take on the role of Grade 3 teacher as well as FLE teacher (French language reinforcement). She is always eager to acquire new knowledge and skills, ensuring that her teaching methods remain dynamic and effective.
Today, Lisa’s journey brings her to the United States, where she is thrilled to join Tessa International School. She looks forward to discovering the local educational culture and continuing to inspire and engage her students in this new chapter.
